The technician was excellent. He fixed everything I was concerned. He also gave me excellent tips in caring for my washing machine and what to and what not to do when using my washing machine.
Once frank and george got here everything was great! However, calling the Sears 800 number to get them here is another story. I feel bad that the technicians have to deal with customers calling their private number because the scheduling/parts/warranty dept cant do their job properly. It took almost one month to have my wash machine fixed due to poor communication with the Sears hub. Outsourcing the Sears hub is not the answer.
Louie was a FANTASTIC repairman!! He was thorough, professional and courteous. He is the reason I will not cancel my maintenance contract. However, the inability to talk with anyone at Sears when my repair appointment kept on being cancelled by text was horrific.
