S-Town Nails & Spa is a clean establishment with wonderful, generous people who do great work. Customers describe it as their absolute favorite nail salon, highly and wholeheartedly recommending it. The staff is kind to everyone from teenagers to seniors and makes you feel like family. They provide great customer service and are very accommodating, prioritizing fitting you in quickly. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. Many customers have been going for years, very pleased with the service, and see no reason to try any other salon. They receive compliments on how good their nails look. The salon offers awesome pedicures and manicures at a great price, even for younger clients. However, experiences with the nail techs can vary. While there are some really great nail techs and some really amazing manicures, there have also been some not so great experiences, bad manicures, and occasional issues like a topcoat not sealing properly or a color not matching the swatch. Some customers have had a few unsatisfying visits in a row. Despite this, many express their love for the place and state they will probably continue going, as it remains one of their favorites.
I have tried several other nail salons in the area, and I have been extremely disappointed. Since I have been going here, there has been no reason to try any other nail salon. I am very pleased with the service, and I have been going here for years. I usually make an appointment, but when I can't they are always very accommodating and get me in quickly. Nancy, the owner is a pleasure to deal with. The establishment is very clean and and I always get compliments from all my friends and even strangers on how good my nails look. I definitely recommend S-Town.
I honestly love this nail salon I’ve been going since I was high school, there are some really great nail techs and some not so great I’ve had bad manicures and I’ve had good manicures. One time they even cut me during a pedicure. They felt so bad they gave me a coupon for my next nail appointment I love this place I wasn’t ready to give it up, so I went back .unfortunately though. My absolute favorite nail salon. I recommend them every chance I get ! Nancy, Peter and staff make you feel like family every time you come in. They prioritize fitting you in and accommodate all of your needs. If you live in the area you must get your mani pedis at S town!
