House door latch failed. I called on a Saturday morning and he was able to come at midday. He was efficient and clean. He fixed the latch and noticed that the deadbolt didn't turn easily, so fixed that as well. I had lived with the deadbolt since door install and was used to the tightness. I was very happy with the service
