Jin's Nails & Spa offers a clean and friendly environment, with staff providing great work. While some customers have had mixed experiences with services like manicures and pedicures, others have had incredible experiences, praising the pedicure and massage services. Despite some issues with appointment honoring, the spa is worth a visit, especially during off-peak hours.
I have been a customer of Jin’s for a few years. They are always accommodating. The business is clean. The staff are friendly and do amazing work. Their gel nails last 3 weeks plus. I highly recommend them. And this is coming from someone who had an amazing nail technician for decades before she moved. Jin’s staff had a high bar to reach. And they have.
I am extremely impressed by how well your shop has handled the COVID crisis. When I walked in I saw all your patrons well spaced out in your shop...Taking my temperature at the door and asking me to wash my hands for 20 seconds showed me that you care about the public’s safety, as well as your own. I was also loving the plastic separators in between each mani and pedi station. In the duration of my stay, I witnessed John frequently cleaning and wiping down the tables and chairs. I also got a great mani-pedi. You have a customer for a life. Thank you Hannah and John!
