Jane & her husband Yung are very hard working, honest people. I have been very loyal to them for many years. They do a fantastic job on my clothes. Recently, I had to present a challenge. My daughter's cats had a field day on her coat. It was beyond horrendous. I was embarrassed to bring it in. Yung had to process the coat 3x before he gave it back to me. He is a magician! Support their business, especially in these tough times.

I feel compelled to write a counter review as I've been going to Jiffy 8 years and have never had a problem. The owner and seamstress (Jane) have always been kind and courteous, and their prices are competitive. Tailoring is very reasonable. As a matter of fact, I have something to pick up and need to bring in jogging pants with an ankle side zipper for alteration!
