I want to take a minute to recognize Chris M at 24 HR Fitness in East Northport. His dedication and persistence are exemplary. I contacted 24 about a membership and Chris followed up right away. We discussed my options and he very clearly laid them all out for me. There was no pressure and you could tell he just wanted to get me the best option that worked for me and my budget. So clean and friendly. Love the pool which is always available. Plenty of machines and free weights without a wait. They have a basketball court, sauna and steam room. This place makes it easy to reach my goals. I recommend it to anybody looking for a gym.

Easily one of the Nicest and Cleanest gym I’ve gone to. I didn’t have to wait for any machines , friendly environment and staff. Bathroom and locker rooms were spotless. Machines maxed out at reasonable weights as well. Definitely coming back again.
