This is what customer service, product quality and pride, and exemplary business practices used to be and should be everywhere. This company has restored my confidence that those values still exist and are strong as iron, at least at Bay Gardens. It would take up pages to describe the lengths to which they went just to do right by me. 10 out of 5 stars wouldn't do them justice, I'm telling you the story would blow you away. They, especially Mary, have earned my loyalty. I only wish they were local to me!!!

Just had 7 rhododendron planted in front of my house. I wanted a wall of evergreens that flower in the spring. I’m hoping they do well. The crew who planted them were so nice. They moved & replanted my seagrass to the side of my house for me. I wish they offered soaker hose installations, but I wound up doing that myself and it was ok. Going to have my husband get mulch for the beds. I love it. 😊

Customer service is impeccable. We only shop at bay gardens for our lawn care.. highly recommend this staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. my family will be back for all of your children's events as well. thank you again
