However, Scott called me later and explained that Danielle made a mistake. He apologized for the confusion and seemed very sincere. “We LOVE Parkway Pest Services! They are family-owned, and therefore really care about the services they provide. None of the large companies that cheat you and don't care. We've used them and it was a disaster.Our technician came and explained everything they would do, showed us their traps, explained the technology they use for monitoring, and more. They looked at our existing traps and revealed that the prior business wasn't using the correct baits at all. We are so lucky the termites hadn't figured that out! We haven't had a problem in decades, but with Parkway Pest Services ensures we won't. They added additional traps and inspect them a couple of times a year.
