I'm happy I finally got the courage to join. First time stepping into the studio, I was immediately welcomed by my first name. All the women in my class were friendly and supportive of each other. The instructor was amazing and made everyone feel comfortable in class teaching all the moves and spins. When class was over, I left feeling good and proud of myself. These classes are a fun way to stay toned and in shape... I know this is going to be a life changing experience and I am sooooooo excited to start this new journey of self-confidence. =)

Joining Dream Dance Fitness (DDF) has truly been a life-changing experience! This fitness studio is more than just a place to work out--it's a community of strong, supportive women and man who uplift each other every step of the way. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The trainers are fantastic! Not only are they knowledgeable, but they genuinely care about your personal growth, both physically and mentally. The workouts are challenging but tailored to push you in the best way possible. Came here for my birthday and the energy was so amazing!!! Both the teachers were so nice and energetic! My friends and I enjoyed our time so much and recommend everyone coming in!!!!!
