I’ve gone here for a while and always loved it but since it’s been under new management it’s become very overpriced. I was still willing to go until i went in today 40 minutes before they closed for a regular pedicure, there were lots of workers and only four customers getting their nails done, and they turned me away saying i could come in the next morning. Too many nail salons on Long Island for that type of customer service! Luckily I found a new salon, closer to me, that took me with no appointment, and i will be going there from now on.

Its a nice clean place overpriced with certain things I guess they are trying to make up I don't know for what they were open during Covid they keep taking away things that you think thats why you were paying more.after having your nails done they used to put gloves on your hands with lotion which was a very nice way to finish having your hands done they took it away,if you want a French manicure after you're spending $50 they charge you an extra $10 any other place its an extra $5 when asking why they said the polish went up but the little white they use you can get over a 100 hands done that would be over $1000 a bottle. I'm a longtime customer with a recent change last year from a regular manicure to a gel manicure with services perform by Coco; she's great. I use Lily for a mini spa pedicure. I often have Grace provide massages on neck and back due to many injuries from a car accident. She's always fantastic!
