“My first day at Blue Collar Barbell, I was a nervous wreck thinking, I'm not strong enough for this place, I'm not good enough for this place. I can now say I was 100% wrong!!! I initially went to Shawn for personal training and then I found myself training for my very first powerlifting meet. So out of character for me for so many reasons and I did it because of the strength and confidence I gained by working with Shawna! I am a high school athlete and I went in for a running analysis after an injury and Chris helped to identify weaknesses in my running and provided a strength training program and running plan to help get and keep me injury-free. “Love this gym. My boyfriend and I were members of unique for a long time and we did not like how crowded it was and how all of the equipment was broken. Everything is better at retro. All of the machines are like new and no matter what time you go, you're always able to get your workout in. It's never bombarded with crowds of people just socializing. It's people that are really there to workout. Such an amazing change for us. We can actually enjoy going to the gym every night now!“

I honestly get sad if I don’t have time to make it to the gym.The gym is always clean, and there are more than enough machines, weights, and classes, and the community members are so kind. “I wanted to kick up my fitness this year. I was suggested to do Pilates. Researching for a place I found... The studio on the main. Let me tell you ,I LOVE ITTT. My instructor and owner of the studio Leanne Neville is SUPER AMAZING ! The studio has 6 reformers so it's more of an intimate vibe in the class. Every time I come to a class you don't know what the workout is which I like! Bring on the challenge . Also very clean and very warm welcoming .I suggest you check it out just leave a class for me because they book up fast“
