responded quickly to inquiry and technicians were on time, pleasant, and expedient. nice to get it done with minimal wait. only delay was getting the necessary part. Will be using them in future

Had an issue today with my ejector pump in the basement, where it stopped working and caused a backup in the house. Called Ray the Plumber and they were at my house within a couple of hours. I had Connor, and he assessed the problem, gave me multiple options on what was needed to be done, and in the end he was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and kept me informed along the way.Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of using Ray the Plumber, and yes as you all know "everybody loves raymond" :)for a plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic.Brandon and Connor who came to my house were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly assess the issue, clearly explain the problem, and offer me a variety of solutions to choose from.
