The moment I walked into Elegance Noir my experience began. I was greeted personally by the beautiful owner, who then gave me THE best facial I have ever had. From beginning to end she explained in debt each step. I was assured I was going to be fabulous when I was done, and indeed I was. My glow is still shining bright. Upon my exit I received a thank you gift. This is definitely an experience I have shared with my friends and family and I recommend the services of Elegance Noir for your beauty needs! Period!
