We had an excellent experience with Phil and his team. Phil was there every step of the way. He went to the lot we purchased in East Hampton, scoped it out, overlaid the house plans on it before we even had any agreement on price, scope, etc. Phil was proactively suggesting ideas that were not only in good taste and focused on value engineering, but tasteful and honest. The company is extremely transparent in its quotes, they gave us reasonable allowances and worked with us every step of the way.
