The Little Bird Spa might not be fancy but they do a great foot massage! I have been there every few weeks for the past few years. I would like you to disregard all the snobs who wrote rude reviews - nobody ever said that Little Bird Spa is Red Door. Go to Manhattan or spend 200 for 30 minutes if that's what you're looking for. I love the friendly staff and that they put hard work, effort and care into what they do. I have only done foot massage / reflexology but it's been excellent and consistent. They work hard for a small price. I always try to tip well. The place is always clean. I love Little Bird Spa and I recommend to all my friends out East. :)

Words cannot describe how wonderful a place the Little Bird Spa in East Hampton is. You are always greeted by a friendly face before being ushered in to a overstuffed recliner that immediately makes your body relax. Once the trained specialists begin massaging it is a struggle to stay awake because you are relaxed.

Can't say enough good things about Little Bird. Jackie is great and the massages and foot reflexology are fantastic!! I can't stay away and look forward to each relaxing visit!
