“We had a leak in our bathroom and it turned out to be a hole in the vent on the roof. Jose was able to do a full roof inspection on our 100 year old slate roof and recommend some repairs. He took pictures beforehand so you can see what was wrong. We had a tanker gutter issue in the front (I had a different contractor fix the rear one a few years prior.) They were able to fix it all in a day. A few weeks later we noticed another leak (when it rains it pours!) in a different spot we had not told them about originally. They were able to come back, remove the tiles, fix the underlying problem and did it at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend them for any minor or major roofing issue.“

During the initial inspection, SRT Roofing quickly diagnosed the issue with our bulkhead by surprisingly taking the time to inspect it with a ladder--the only contractor to do so. And unlike so many other contractors, they did not mention that we needed a new roof. They gave us a reasonable proposal and quote for the repair which amazingly included free annual inspections; SRT Roofing obviously stands by their work. I was recommended Elite Chimney for a second opinion. Flori came to my house the next day, no charge, to inspect my fireplace. He helped me to rearrange the logs based on the manufacturer recommendation for like an hour. After inspecting everything, he indicated that there was no need to do the 2nd inspection and that my equipment was in good shape. As mentioned, he did this all no charge. McGavin sent a crew to do the repair as soon as possible to stop the leak. We knew we were due for a new roof so he helped get us through the winter with patch repairs and we went with him in the spring to do a full roof replacement. We were given a fair price and high quality, prompt work. My parents also went with McGavin for their roof since they were impressed. They even had McGavin paint their home.
