Never coming back here again.I brought in a BRAND NEW, elegant dress, with a gathered waist. They pressed hundreds of little wrinkles all over like a broom skirt, even though it was mostly pressed when it was brought in. It made the dress look cheap. I didn't say anything in the shop because I was too upset, After ironing it at home for over an hour, I was able to get rid of about half of the wrinkles. I'm just glad the fabric wasn't permanently damaged. There were also 4 tassels that tie around the sides. Two of them were almost ripped clean off. I was able to fix them. Terrible job on dry cleaning the coat. Ruined it, and clearly used the incorrect chemicals as the coat is almost unrecognizable it is so damaged. Will be filing a complaintService: Organic dry cleaning

This is a review based on a couple months before the pandemic.. Didnt think to come here to review. My review is based on my coworker that had a "wedding gown" she desperately needed cleaning after her ceremony. She was appalled by what these cleaners are charging for a simple white gown! and It was sitting in her closet and she never got around to spend the money to have it cleaned and preserved!Her local cleaners wanted $150-$200 to clean. My coworker explained, there are no extra fancy schmancy detailing. Just a plain white satin gown! Just needed cleaned and the stains lifted from the edges on the bottom of the dress where she clearly dragged in dirt. The owner kindly accepted to clean, He even reduced the price. They will also custom order a box for extra fee but def worth it if it's a keepsake! She now drives 30 mins to my spot to have all of her skirts and pants hemmed by the tailor at my spot. Im selfishly hesitant to give 5 stars bc I like them always Being available to clean my stuff! Lol!
