Horrible first experience. Expensive! And that's just for regular pickup. Then to get your clothes same day is an additional $50?! Mind you, the clothes were ready and in the bag according to the guy when he tried to juice the $50. When we said hell no to the ransom all a sudden "ohh well then its gonna take some time. I'll waive the $50 fee (clothes random) but now it's going to take longer to get your clothes because you got a lot of kids clothes.' Wha? I thought everything was ready ransom man? Not even about the money, obviously we had it. Its the way they move so to speak. I agree with the previous post. AVOID!!
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Dry cleaning Scam!!I was quite disappointed with the service at this dry cleaning business. Not only were my clothes not properly cleaned, but the customer service was lacking. I won't be returning. This dry cleaning business deserves only one star due to its horrible customer service. Despite assurances of quality cleaning and high cost per item, my clothes returned in a worse state than when I dropped them off. Not only were they not cleaned, but they also smelled strongly of chemicals, indicating careless handling. Google says they are open till 6:30, yet I am here at 5:30 and they are already closed. I walked quite a ways in weather that feels like 0 degrees Fahrenheit, so this is rather disappointing that they closed early.
