“I had a keratin treatment done with Tammy, I have had some bad experiences with treatments in the past and was nervous this wouldn’t work. Tammy made me feel extremely comfortable and was very knowledgeable about hair and products etc. she assessed my hair after learning about a very bad relaxer experience I have recently had that left my fresh silver highlights destroyed and burned off in some spots and fried and dried. After my assessment she was able to perform my keratin and omg my hair has never felt silkier and hydrated, frizz free( which other treatments have failed at) and very manageable. I 1000% recommend Tammy and this treatment. She was amazing and given the state of my hair at the time she was gentle with my sensitized ends and now I feel I have a brand new head of hair. “Doctors are fine. Staff however made my dad's appt very inconvenient,esp because it's difficult getting him places. Arrived to appt on time. Realized he left his ID and insurance card at home. Had a screen shot of info but it was refused. Asked if I could run home and get his ID and insurance card and they said yes. When I returned they told me my dad could not be seen now for another hour and a half.Took 3 weeks to get this appt so we waited. I could not take home home in wheel chair to come back in that time span. I dont know how ID cards like car insurance and covid vaccine cards can be viewed on a phone but not a license or insurance card. We wrre vety annoyed“
“Grrrrrrrr8 job folks! Starting with Dawn who took my info to schedule a new patient appointment, then Alex who called me to schedule an appointment right away due to a cancelation, Wow!! A very friendly greeting when I arrived for my appt and prompt service by Nurese Lisa who got me started by explaining everything that was going to happen followed by Emily PA who did a "full" body scan, told me what she found and what needed to be done. She then proceeded to freeze a couple spots and take 2 biopsies which involved a little discomfort but were handled very well. Lisa took over again and got me ready to leave with wound care instructions, etc. She also escorted me to the exit/front desk where next years appointment was made. Everything was done efficently and in a caring manner. The appointment took about 30 minutes total Thank you very much everyone.“
