My daughter and I had an amazing session with Amy today. The studio is calm and welcoming, the movements she coached us through were all purposeful and well explained, I could learn from Amy all day long! I look forward to going back again!
My first encounter with Amy was 2 years ago. She was working with a client who had serious physical restrictions. As I listened to her session it was immediately apparent that not only did Amy completely understand her clients challenges, but with patience and a total lack of judgment she was able to tailor the exercises to her client.I had struggled with pain from a degenerative condition and was about to start PT but after speaking with Amy about my condition I thought I would give Pilates a shot.
