It's difficult to summarize the benefits of working with a teacher and healer as gifted as Erin. She meets you where you're at with love, patience and non-judgment. She truly understands the mind, body, soul connection and will help you to understand that connection within yourself. I've suffered with anxiety and PTSD since my teenage years and did a significant amount of healing before I met Erin. My work with her as allowed me to be able to separate from self-defeating thoughts and overcome dysfunctional patterns that I was born into. Truly, I cannot say enough good things about her. Working with Erin is an investment in yourself, one that will pay you back tenfold!

Doula Services with Erin Schifferli My husband and I asked Erin to be our Doula for the birth of our first baby. We were not planning on having a doula and did not understand the value going in. We never could have imagined how helpful Erin would be in every phase: pregnancy support, labor and delivery, and postpartum. She was there with us every step of the way, offering emotional support in ways we didn't know we needed. She was always available to talk and help out in any way she could, even outside of scheduled sessions. She has a wealth of information and resources to offer that were very helpful. Erin is very culturally aware and sensitive. I would definitely recommend her to any culturally diverse couples. She knew how to respect and support our beliefs and traditions, even though they were new to her. She is accepting, open, and has the gift of making everyone she meets feel valued and validated. She did a great job supporting not only me, but also my husband. Many times, we felt that speaking with her was like going to a theraputic counseling session. My labor was very long and took some unexpected turns, and Erin supported us through it all. She was with us for over 48 straight hours, never lift my side, and advocated for what we wanted without fail. She made us feel so valued and respected. It is obvious that Erin truly loves supporting mamas and their families. She goes above and beyond what is described in her description of services. My husband and I learned that having a doula is SO valuable, and Erin is the very best there is.
