The sound bath is wonderful. I’ve gone twice and several friends joined me the 2nd time and now we’re hooked. Your whole body resonates with the sound and you walk out feeling refreshed and amazing. Carrie has such a soothing presence that she creates the ideal experience

Carrie is a beam of light and I am so happy I decided to come in to try out one of her classes. She incorporates healing sound waves via gongs and singing bowls into her kundalini yoga classes. I leave her studio feeling refreshed and relaxed at the same time and always with a smile on my face. If you’ve ever been curious about kundalini yoga, or sound baths, do yourself a favor and sign up for one of her classes. You’ll be hooked on how great you can feel once you open your heart and mind to the practice.
