Eudemonia Spa is a beautiful hidden sanctuary nestled behind Snap Fitness. Outfitted with 7 lovely treatment rooms, offering salt caves, infrared saunas, float tanks, and vitality booths one can plan an entire morning/afternoon of wellness and relaxation. Spa manager Nicole is an absolute gem, she’s extremely knowledgeable and most certainly adds to the over all experience. My personal favorite are the float tanks, they’re completely life changing in my own opinion. I highly recommend Eudemonia to anyone looking for a spa or wellness retreat.

What a great experience! I’ve been looking for more natural pain relief options so me & my fiancee bought a package with the Vitality Booth & Float Tank. Eudemonia is brand new and very clean. It’s only been open for about 9 months so it’s still fresh. They offer really great pain relief options like sauna, salt cave, red light therapy (vitality booth), and a float deprivation tank. The vitality booth was a nice combination of red light therapy and heliotherapy (Himalayan salt infused air).
