WOW! This place and Ratcha Lynn is amazing! I’m so glad I heard about her and her place! I’ve been interested in Birkenstocks for the past decade but not many places sell them in person or if they do they sell very few of their huge selection! Basically Birkenstocks normal styles and colors! Birkenstock has a huge selection of styles and colors that I really like and want but I don’t want to buy them online, even from a certified Birkenstock store and not like them as much or more so get the wrong size! Also it’s hard to find men’s in store so that makes it harder for me! The day before I was going to East Aurora I was on Birkenstocks website looking up certified stores and her’s came up! I was so glad she was in the area! Ratche Lynn has a huge selection of them in many colors! I found the trail rated Tatacoas that I’ve been interested in for a year! I’m so glad I tried them on first because the trail rated ones run big! I normally wear around a size ten but with these I need a size eight! I read a lot of reviews online and many people gave them a bad rating because they run big and didn’t get the right size! I love them and they are great! I highly recommend them! I saw many other Birkenstocks that I’ve been wanting like their slippers and boots and I got to try them on to see how they are and what they are made for! Ratcha was perfect on selling them! A little hard but not hard enough where people would be like I’m out of here! Just like me when I sell items! I told her the names of the ones I like and why and she said that I have great knowledge on Birkenstocks! She thinks I should work for them or sell them! I also found some great socks that I bought and really like! We randomly talked about our birthdays and it turns out that she has the same birthday as me! What a world! I told her I will try to visit her on our birthday! Give her a try and you’ll be glad you did!

After an exceptional job with my siding I called Queen City Home Pros to do my roof replacement. I needed a complete tear off and all the board replaced as my home was built in the early 1900's. I am so impressed with the crew! I checked my ring camera periodically and I could not believe how efficient this crew was! My roof was completed and my yard cleaned up before I even got home from work. Outstanding work, very satisfied and I would highly recommend!!!
Nate and team worked on our house back in June 2024. It was worth the wait to have Nate here. We were supposed to convert a nonfunctional, non ventilated not “built to code” room off our garage into something more functional, but Nate took a look at it closely and gave us his honest opinion before starting the job - that he could fix the room, add a door, and address the roof as we had planned, but he worried that years from now, the slightly cracked patio and slightly uneven foundation would cause the room to sink and have issues that would lead to it needing fixed again. We decided then and there to tear the room down and now we have a long patio that we grill on and I’m so happy with the result. I think other contractors might have just done the job as we indicated, trying to make that work, or pushed us into a much higher priced job and either would not have really considered the flaws that would have created more issues or would have just done the job they were asked to do. We found out shortly after that the previous homeowner had installed the room with a buddy, which was why it was done so poorly.
Nate and team also installed fans in our bathrooms and had to put baffles in our attic to increase airflow. Nate was the only professional to advise us that our ridge vent was covered (by the previous homeowner who did the roof himself and didn’t keep that clear) and we had a home inspector and an environmental safety inspector both look at the attic before him. Instead of just having his team do the job we agreed upon, Nate told us what he saw and installed gables for us to fix this issue.
I just was very impressed with Nate’s knowledge and transparency through the entire process. He looked at our potential other jobs and shared his expertise as well. He doesn’t hesitate to share his opinion / expertise. His wife Crystal was always friendly to communicate with, and even though we waited a little longer than we first anticipated for them to start the job, we would hire Nate again in a heartbeat, and have other work on our house needing done in the next few years that I hope Nate will take on. I trust his expertise and would feel safe with him leading the contractor work on our house. We learned of Nate through my parents, who had Nate fix a major foundation issue on their house and side their house, put new windows in and new decks, and liked their result. My dad also was very impressed with Nate’s knowledge, as my grandpa was a contractor all his life, so that is saying something.
Looking forward to using Nate again in the future.

Love this place. very friendly, and accommodating. Hygienist team are very good. I had a veneer that was a little off color and I wanted it replaced but the hygienist "went for it" and got it super clean so it matched the rest of my teeth. The dentists are great. I have had a couple of replacement fillings as I had the old almagam ones and both were super smooth and painless. They also squeezed me in when I had a bone spur in my gum, doctor had a poke around and then managed to pull out a shark tooth shard of bone with a little local anaesthetic. They let me take it home to show my family (a little weird of me) because it was so big from what it started out as. So they're very good, they are flexible in how they accommodated my bone shard and friendly. pretty decent combo

Dr. Youngers was introduced to me in July 2023 by a friend. I have a history of herniated and bulging discs in my lower lumbar region based on MRI results. Dr. Youngers started treating me with Chiropractic Care and Spinal Decompression 3 times per week due to the severity.
His process of massaging first before he administers chiropractic treatment is a perfect set up. His manipulation techniques from my neck all the way down to my lower back and hips were something never done before and he understood and treated other areas that contributed to my lumbar issues i.e. the sacrum constantly going out and causing issues, which he corrected.
Then his well thought out plan with the Spinal Decompression and how he gradually increased the tension on my lower back each week. I didn't realize that you just can't stretch the spine at a high intensity right away because of the pain it would cause the spinal area. So, after 32-34 spinal decompression treatments, multiple chiropractic care and of course my own daily repetitive stretching and light exercise 2-3 times per week plus monthly massages with an LMT, my lower spine is healed 99%.
I still have bouts of tightness and so i am now on a 3 week maintenance plan with Dr. Youngers, and its perfect for me. I never required surgery, though it would have been the easy way to go, but opening up more complications that I just did not want to be a part of was nothing I wanted to engage in.
Doctors can only do so much and it also requires our efforts as well as patients to listen to the doctor when he or she says, you need to ice and stretch and so forth. Had I not done my part i am not sure if i would be as healthy today as I am.
So, thank you Dr. Youngers for coaching me, mentoring me and just being a great Human Being and a man of God. You are more than a healer to me, you are my friend! Driving 40 minutes one way to see you was the best decision God allowed me to make! I am grateful to you and may God Bless You ABUNDANTLY!
My neck hasn't felt this good in years!!!!! Dr. Krista is very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. She helped me greatly with a recent injury and changed the whole range of motion in my neck while she was at it. A special person and capable healer. Will be visiting again soon!

We have been going for over a decade and with four pets. The doctors and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic. I’ve had two emergency issues over the last year and they were able to accommodate us on same day.
My 12 year chihuahua, Ruby, had been suffering with gastro issues for a year, and was never properly diagnosed by regular vet. She also has a chronic heart condition. One visit to Dr. Koenig, and her gastro issues were properly diagnosed .
Ruby received acupuncture, laser treatment, and herbal medicines. She is now 13 and on a holistic journey to health.
Dr. Koenig is a wonderful vet. She has all of mine, and Ruby's, trust! We are so lucky to have met her!
Our pup recently had some issues that landed us at APH multiple times in one week. Each visit happened to be with a different doctor and they were ALL wonderful! Each took time to really explain all of our options and provide us with great care and a solid plan moving forward. We are so thankful to have found a practice where all the veterinarians are wonderful, kind and truly care about the animals they serve. It's difficult to summarize the benefits of working with a teacher and healer as gifted as Erin. She meets you where you're at with love, patience and non-judgment. She truly understands the mind, body, soul connection and will help you to understand that connection within yourself. I've suffered with anxiety and PTSD since my teenage years and did a significant amount of healing before I met Erin.
