WNY Adult And Child Neurology

Have been trying since yesterday to cancel an appointment but their phone number says the voice mail box is full. How can this happen at a doctor's office? It is now 11:00 in the afternoon and it is still saying the mailbox is full. I'm wondering if they have cable for a phone line and the cable lines are down. I hope there is a reasonable explanation for this.

Been going there for like 10 years for bladder cancer. Out of no wherek they charged me $295 when it was just a regular copayment,so they told me now they’re charging the room as an operating room so I have to pay $295.00 to be checked for cancer.I i’m supposed to be checked every six months for a couple years then I go to once a year can’t afford it will not be checked there and they don’t care!!!!!

Yes although the wait time was an hour. The neurologist was very familiar and knowledgeable with what he was doing and the problems, I found my new neurologist what’s an hr wait to get the things you need done
