“Dr. Adamzak and staff was amazing with our Holland Lop rabbit, Nala. We live an hour and 30 minutes away and was in need of an exotic vet due to our bunny’s hurt back leg. We were able to get right in and they were very kind and knowledgeable. The prices are very reasonable too! I definitely recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital and will be making the drive back to have Nala spayed in December.“

“My review is based on 3 interactions with this place.•Front desk staff have so far always been professional, friendly, and helpful.•Technicians and staff that pick up our pet (COVID time) or before Covid takes the temperature and weight of our pets, have always so far been cordial, professional, and easy to interact with.•Veterinarians (I have interacted with 2 so far)Dr.Budik answered all our questions and gave us good options, he was understandable, professional, and friendly.A female Vet or Vet technician, if you can, do yourself the favor of avoiding her.At the moment of pick up our pet was handed to us by this female Vet who was under stress. I asked her what was the final prognosis of our pet, Dr. Budik informed us they were going to do some analysis to see if they could pinpoint which was the problem since he explained to us it could be more than one.Her reply was "Oh I don't know, I didn't handle her"to which I replied " I would like to know what is going on and why am giving her (our pet) this medication (she handed me 2 medications)she said "We had a busy day and like I said I didn't handle her" She turned around and left.This young lady was uncomfortable, showed stress, had no manners, and was completely unaware of how I just had paid the equivalent of 3 days of work for her office services, money that for sure contributes to her paycheck unless she is a volunteer and in that case she is harming the place and needs to learn customer services skills. Even when she had not handled my pet she was the professional bringing our pet to us and only in a perfect world her customers are going to pay, turn around, and leave without knowing what was going on.Do I recommend these places? Yes I do, they have given us excellent service and their prices are very considerate, but I will make sure to recommend Dr. Budik as the Vet to ask for.“
