Had what was the best possible experience with Shannon the other day given my difficult situation. During which time also had a mercury amalgam removed which was something I always wanted to do. Feels good to know it's gone and I'm off on a dental plan Shannon came up with to suit my specific needs!

Dr McCarthy is an excellent dentist She is very knowledgeable . She answers your questions and explains whatever she is doing. She is caring ,kind, and professional! Call her for an appointment!

I had my appointment today and last minute didn't have anyone to sit with my 9 y.o. so I arrived 30 minutes ahead of time so I can prep him with technology and address behavior in the office. Places these days would have seen us and asked us to reschedule because children can't sit in the waiting rooms anymore. Well, I'm here to report that the office had a mini-me chair right next to the dental chair, they had t.v. that kept him occupied and he even had a few laughs while my mouth was being examined! The staff was amazingly accommodating at every step in my appointment! I didn't feel rushed! I felt like they allowed for enough time for me to do my paperwork, prep and imaging, consult & questions. I also have some homework to do before my next appointment so I have a greater understanding of how teeth and body work together to make me healthier all the way around!
