Dawn has a real passion with what she does! Combining her love for horses and children in particular, she applies her formal training and wonderful gifts to make a very real difference!
Legacy’s staff and trainers go above and beyond to help with not only the lessons but they also help to learn about the horses and the proper care of the horses! The best part is that they teach the kids from start to finish, they start with helping the kids getting the horses out of there stalls or from the pasture, brushing the horses out, picking there feet and saddling there own horse. Then the trainers are very thorough and patient during the lessons. After the lesson, the student then washes the horse in the wash stall so the horse is clean before they are put back in there stall. Coming from another stable that this was not done at all and the coach had almost defeated my daughter to the point she didn’t enjoy riding anymore, I am so happy with Legacy and there staff because it is so nice to see my daughter smiling again while she is riding!!
A wonderful place for learning. There stable is immaculate and horses are clean and healthy. We were at another stable, but being a horse person myself, I could not tolerate the abuse of their horses. Dirty riding horses, not brushed or cleaned before throwing a saddle on them. Hooves never picked clean. Legacy Equestrian was such a wonderful find and I cannot emphasize enough the kindness and cleanliness there. Trainers are awesome!! 🐎
