These feel like multiple luxury treatments in one, helping to calm the nervous system and balance mind, body, and soul. The goal is to activate the body's own healing responses through an individual approach, correcting imbalances before they develop into disease. The owner has incredible nurturing energy and a lovely technique, providing honest, incredible sessions that leave clients feeling happy and relaxed.

Shanthy's knowledge of ayurveda and her willingness to work on behalf of the health of her clients are very impressive. I have been working with Shanthy for several months and recently participated in a 3 day Pancha Karma retreat. I have been experiencing increased energy and improved sense of physical wellbeing since beginning this work with Shanthy. I heartily recommend Shanthy and Harisa Ayurvedic Wellness Center to anyone seeking ayurvedic therapy.
