1st visit , was incredible . It was much needed and waaaaaay over due. Everyone was so nice, I saw Dan he was friendly an did amazing at making me feel comfortable. I will Definitely recommend and be back !!!

I would highly recommend Elements! My upper back is improving! Great suggestions for strengthening my back! They accept my Health Extras card from IHA and their pricing is reasonable! I will make more appointments here !

It was such a relaxing and peaceful environment. Mary was wonderful in listening to my issues regarding my neck. She was able to actually get my muscles to relax and that doesn’t happen for me thanks to fibromyalgia and inflammation from Hashimotos disease (thyroid). Thanks so much to Mary! I will be back!
