“A big shout out to Ron & Katie in the Lancaster location. I’m snowbirding in NC and my frames broke on me. They were under warranty so I shipped them to the Lancaster office on a Saturday. They arrived on a Monday. Ron & Katie immediately changed out the broken frames for the new ones, inserted the lenses and Ron immediately walked them over to the post office for priority delivery. Who proceeded to fix both; the Ray Ban sunglasses were in real bad shape after I sat on them! She fixed both but when I asked cost she said no charge. I tried to tip her, but when refused.
