I dont known where to even start. Very hard to talk with any staff on the phone, cant make f/u appointments, never receive call back, numerous medication errors, are just a few of the things we delt with. Stopped going to the clinic over a year ago and still get reminder calls to make an apt! Received one today!Poorly ran and the things that I compained about, were NEVER addressed. Its very sad as its a new place, yet no one cares about the patients!

I was ghosted by 2 therapists who left without warning.I had a medication specialist with the first of the 2 therapists perscribe me 2 medications they both deemed nessicary for my mental health and daily life functions. That specialist decided that I was high risk of abuse of said medication he said I needed because I was a college student. He held my medication over my head and I felt like I couldn't bring up any concerns with my medication without him hinting he would take it away. He even claimed on record he prescribed me a refill without sending it in for me to recieve that refill because I graduated and "didn't need it" despite us agreeing I needed it for chores...read full review

I couldn't get through by phone so I went in and told the receptionist that I needed an appointment to see a therapist and she told me there were none.I asked who they are referring to then, and she said no one, and stared at me, so I left.Isn't there a liability with this response??
