LOVE LOVE LOVE!! I called through a referral from another company I've worked with in the past that was unable to help me. I had my Hot Water Tank blow out the bottom and flood my basement on a Friday afternoon. Derek returned my call within an hour and within 3hrs I had hot water again. I have 3 children under the age of 3 and with the amount of laundry, dishes and bath giving I do on a daily basis, I couldn't go even 24hrs without hot water. He came right away, did the job he was asked to do and was in and out within less than an hour. I called them to install a cold water supply line for a new refrigerator that was going to be delivered in a few days. I also wanted them to change a hot waterline to our kitchen sink (so It would be a more direct route and I would get hot water faster). They were in and out in just a couple hours and they did a great job! When the refrigerator was delivered (from Home Depot) the delivery guys said they couldn’t hook up the water, they didn’t have the right connectors (really??? You’re supposed to be able to do that!). I’ve been dealing with sewer backing up in my basement drain for the last 2 weeks, and other companies have come out and the issue was solved for a day before my sewer started to back up again as soon as I took a shower. I called Casale at 8am on Monday and Travis and Derrick were able to come out the same morning. They cleared my main sewer line from inside and outside the house and scoped the pipe to confirm the work was done and the pipes were in good condition. They also installed my dishwasher since the previous owners had gotten creative with their plumbing for the existing one and I could not do it myself.
