I called them to install a cold water supply line for a new refrigerator that was going to be delivered in a few days. I also wanted them to change a hot waterline to our kitchen sink (so It would be a more direct route and I would get hot water faster). They were in and out in just a couple hours and they did a great job! When the refrigerator was delivered (from Home Depot) the delivery guys said they couldn’t hook up the water, they didn’t have the right connectors (really??? You’re supposed to be able to do that!). It was a Saturday and I called Casale and left a message (since they were closed). I got a call back within half an hour! The guy told me he would have someone here Monday morning and have him hook it up free of charge! Now that’s GREAT service! I will be calling them from now on whenever I need some plumbing done.

Got a call from Castle plumbing and heating today and they delivered a window air conditioner within a couple hours their employee Daryl was very professional we are very pleased with the service.
