Professional, timely and knowledgeable. Greg KNOWS how to fix your problem and its fairly obvious once they kick into smart mode. Just bring them in and you will be happy, so glad I did! Fixed my ice maker like he'd owned it for a few years, made it look easy. Ended up being the Thermostat which I'm not changing out or would I have known it was he issue!!!
