After getting a septic inspection prior to buying our home (performed by Rotterdam Septic), we were told we needed to replace the entire system in part because we only had a 500 gallon tank. A-1 was called in to provide a second opinion after Rotterdam kept us in the wind despite us asking them to do the work for the quote provided. When A-1 came to pump our tank (on a holiday no less) prior to the start of the work they discovered we had a 1000 gallon tank that did not need to be replaced. We simply needed our main line snaked, and to have a drywall put in for excess water/liquid waste. Highly recommend anyone looking for septic services to contact A1 Quality Septic! Second time using their services, and they were extremely prompt, professional and overall awesome to work with. Rebecca is an excellent communicator and very up front (which I love as a customer) and has both times gotten us on their schedule quickly for routine pump services. Jacob performed services both times and was super professional, personable, kept a clean environment, and did an awesome job. Support a well run local family business, and give these guys a call. A-1 Septic was great to work with. We had to use them this winter for tank pump outs because our leech field failed in the dead of winter, then they replaced the field this summer. They are a true family business.
