He assessed the situation, explained what had to be done, warned me that he might have to open the wall and started the project. I swear he was done in less than 20 minutes. He did not have to open the wall and placed a new valve on the pipe. It's perfect. I did laundry last night and it was a pleasure that everything was perfect.
