Tony at the Dover Barber Shop has been providing haircuts and beard trims to the people of Dover, NY and the surrounding area for decades. Located near the corner of NY Route 22 and Cart Street, the Dover Barber Shop is is centrally located on the same strip as Ana's Restaurant, Kelly's Creamery, Cumberland Farms, and Four Brothers Pizza Inn.
