“I had an outdated lighting system and wanted to upgrade. We bought this house in 2021 and I met Artie when we were having irrigation and drainage work performed by National. When my system finally went this summer, I called Artie and said let's finally do it. He is so creative and passionate about what he does. He was so excited. He came and did not oversell lights but had thoughtful suggestions that came out beautifully.

The crew came and I was amazed. They work so hard and had a lot of trenching to do to run the wiring. The guys were so neat and efficient and when the were done, you would never have known they did anything as all the grass was put back as they found it and everything was cleaned up.

“I had a struggling, prominent Japanese Maple that was at least partially dying. I called Emerald and they took a look, quickly troubleshot the issue and provided a reasonable estimate. I am happy to say that months later, their work paid off as now the tree is thriving in a way I haven't seen before. "Curing" a sick tree is not a guaranteed process but in my case I'm super happy with both their work and results. “I have used Felix Tree Service for many years now, for landscape work, tree work, and in the winter for snow removal. I have found Felix and his crew to be extremely good at their work, extremely reliable, and fairly priced. I have come to know Felix personally over the years and find him to be one of the few Who still really care about the quality of their work. He not only does a great job, but he keeps an eye on it to make sure that it thrives. A few years ago he planted some trees for me. About a year later one of the trees looked like it wasn’t doing very well. The next thing I knew he had come by and replaced the tree with a new bigger and better one at no cost. It was over a year later, and I had not even asked him to do it. It was not even our understanding that he would be obliged to replace a tree if it didn’t survive. But he did it on his own,which I had not seen before from any others. In the winter he does our snow removal. He does a really prompt and thorough job of plowing and salting. I don’t ever have to worry that there will be any dangerous ice around, because he comes back to check it himself and add salt when needed. I would highly recommend his services, and I am one who is very particular about the landscape, the trees, etc.“

“We are very happy about the work that AJR has been providing us. A part of our backyard did not get a lot of sunshine, and lawn was not growing. But, the head of the team gave some suggestions to make trench on the hilly part to catch rain water and have the tree service to cut some branches right above the area. The team put the top soil and seeds about 1 month ago, and now we see healthy lawn. Their service is so much different from our previous landscaper who ignored our back yards after the seeds were washed away after they put seeds. AJR team does touch work for the lawn. The head of the team is accessible, and care about our needs. We highly recommend AJR.“
