Jacob arrived on time (This company will text you a reminder of the date and time several days in advance and then as the rep arrives) Jacob diagnosed the problem, fully explained the solution and gave us a written estimate. He is friendly, courteous and really knows his stuff. We highly recommend MJ Plumbing.

“Joe and his team are very efficient and I have zero complaints. His team installed new condenser and air handlers for my home. 2.5 ton and a 3 ton unit. Also worked with the plumber to install a tankless hot water system to provide hydro heat for my home. After shopping the project Maselli HVAC was a great value for what needed to be done. “This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces. He built this house in 1963. “It’s never a good sign when you are adjusting the temperature in your shower with a single handle and it comes off in your hand. The bathroom in our 110 year old house was “updated” in the 1950’s. A 7am call to AA Plumbing and Heating was answered with a visit by 8am the same day. A tireless search by Maddy for a replacement part resulted in a cost effective solution to what could have been a much more expensive replacement unit.A recent install of a new faucet made for a perfect match!The entire AA Plumbing team is courteous, patient, and knowledgeable of all things related to plumbing and heating. “Tom and Olympic Heating did a Herculean job. I was told my Central Air Unit was broken and I needed to replace both the compressor and the air handler for a lot of money - which we didn't have at the time. I was told this by several companies. Tom said, our units were good units and could probably be repaired - he came out and sure enough was able to fix it. Then they came out to do full maintenance, and releveled the units - and we have Central Air working again. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend their services.“

“I called Joe on a Sunday night. I was lucky that he answered right away! He offered to come right over to fix a clogged shower. I explained that we also had a dripping faucet in that same shower, and I had determined it needed a new part. He said to send a photo of the faucet and if we could wait until the next morning, he could make one trip and save us time and money.
He fixed everything for a reasonable fee. We plan to have him back! He has a team that can do renovations too I saw photos of a recent bathroom renovation, which he helped design, and it looked gorgeous. Joe loves his work!“
