I first met Giselle about five years ago when she opened her salon, and I can confidently say I'll never go anywhere else. At my initial appointment, my hair was in terrible shape—damaged, thin, and so short plus the back was bald, which I had to cover up with top hair and extensions. I had resigned myself to the idea that this was the result of stress and genetics and would never change, only get worse. However, after consistently seeing Giselle, my hair underwent a remarkable transformation within just a year and a half. It is now as thick and healthy as it was in my early 20s, with the back fully grown and perfectly matching the rest of my hair—no more bald spots.
