Today was my first session with Kat and seriously she not only makes you feel comfortable right away but also knows her stuff. I have had lower back pain for years and Kat gave me insights to pain issues I have had for years. She is gifted, intuitive and a pleasure to work with. I also love that she not only does hands on work but also gives tailored stretches to do at home. I also love her Pilates back ground because it adds to the work. Really recommend anyone in physical pain to see Kat!!

After developing an odd knee pain and trying out every knee brace on the market, Kat took one look at it and determined my knees, while symptomatic, were not the cause. She has been working on my IT band, teaching me stretches and strengthening exercises. I'm so grateful to her (and so is my trainer). Thanks Kat!

I went to Kat for really bad tennis elbow. 3 sessions and 3 weeks later my arm feels so much better and I'm back playing tennis twice per week! Amazing, as I was really concerned about it going away. And she gave me clear instructions that made sense on how and when to use heat and cold to keep it in good shape. Magic!
