My fiancée and I needed an inspection for our first house we got an accepted offer for.
Avi was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely thorough with his inspection and made sure to leave no stone unturned.
Avi also took the time to explain everything in his verbal and written report in a way that was easy to understand. He made sure throughout the entire report that we understood every detail.
Any time we had any questions, Avi was very helpful and never once dismissed anything we asked.

Had a great experience with this inspection service. The engineer was very thorough. He examined every aspect of the home. He alerted me to immediate safety issues that needed to be addressed. Avi went over the entire property with me in detail, going room to room, explaining everything. He helped me become an informed buyer which helped me save money on the transaction overall. Cannot recommend enough, knowledgeable, friendly, excellent!
