“My family and I had one of the most professional, personable and peaceful experiences a family could have during such a difficult time. It was our first time having to deal with losing a loved one and having to plan funeral services. Not only did they make everything seamless here but also with the planning of having my father transported back to his country where he was being laid to rest. Bea was absolutely phenomenal throughout the entire process up until the day my dad was picked up by the other funeral home. She cared , was so detailed and continued to wow us even after everything was over by following up with us and checking in to see how we were. My family and I couldn’t be more thankful with our experience.“
“We used James Funeral home for a funeral in August 2024. Anthony was our Funeral Director. He was kind and helpful at this difficult time. Every phone call was answered by a person. I got a response to all my questions quickly. He even provided a stand, so the mass could be recorded for out of town family members, with the permission of the church. I felt that they cared about our family and taking care of our loved one. They have a private room that could be used by the family for a meal before the wake. This was very helpful. Also, Anthony wrote a wonderful obituary. He asked us some questions and conveyed her spirit and personality perfectly. We have received many questions as to who wrote it since it described our mother perfectly.“
“Janet was knowledgeable and understanding to my needs throughout this process. Thank you.“
“Despite knowing that making funeral arrangements were an inevitability, facing it was still difficult. However, meeting with Sal Mangano allayed all of our anxieties. He explained all of our options and related costs that made our ultimate plan so much easier to make. Plus, the payment plan allowed us to stretch out the total expense over a reasonable time period that wouldn't "break the bank"!
So, thank you Sal and your staff for everything you did for us.“
“Powell Funeral home and its directors do an incredible job. Matt was our FD and he was amazing. In what was one of the most difficult times in the our life, the passing of my beautiful mom, he lead us with such comfort, ease, patience and understanding. The place itself is such a warm homey establishment that made us feel like we were in the comfort of our home. Thank you Powell and Matt for knowing exactly how to guide us and in making difficult decisions easier. You are all wonderful at what you do.“
“Vincent, Christina & the entire Noce Funeral staff are without question the most kind, caring, compassionate people I have ever had any dealings with when it comes to the loss of a loved one. They truly go the extra mile to lessen the burden of your loss. I am so grateful to you all for the comfort you provided during the loss of my dear mother. You all went out of your way and did an amazing job with all the details. Thank you for everything again I will be forever grateful.“
“From the first encounter, less than 24 hours after my husband died, everyone at Chapey were caring and supportive. They helped me navigate a sorrowful experience which helped me plan a memorable memorial to my husband’s life. Then they go above and beyond and invite me to a presentation tonight called “ Reimagining the Holidays After Loss”. This was a truly beautiful experience that went beyond providing ideas to manage through the holiday season. They honored our grief and created a beautiful ritual with prayers, music and a candlelight ceremony that was so touching. It allowed for strangers at each table to feel a connection and for individuals to acknowledge their own grieving process. Thanks to the Chapey family and all of their employees who created this support at this difficult time of the year and always as they provide comfort to those in sorrow.“

“Heart goes out to officer Diller's family, friends and the other officers.
God bless for doing a thankless job.“
“McCourt and Trudden is the ONLY funeral home worth doing buisness with.My fellow Military Brother passed, and Michael Quinn and his team went above and beyond to service our team. I had never seen a service this well done in movies. Every moment within a 3 day event had been planned to perfection, and they had even made special requests unique to the family and my own requests. This is not easy. From a military transfer, to hosting the viewing and funeral service they had orchastrated a reception involving the Airlines, 220 Police memebers to recieve us as we landed, a team of 20 motorcycle police to escort us to the funeral home, proper utilization of the flag and keeping it at half mast, support from the fire department, and even ending it with a couple special songs at our request to symbolize just how important music was to our friends life.I wish I were from New York just for that type of remeberance. Sadly, they shipped me back to California :*(.“
“Bill Butler and his team of professionals were amazing taking care of our family during a very difficult time. “I wanted to write a review for my experience at sprung monuments with Kathleen C. After my brothers passing, she handled getting him a beautiful gravestone with such patience and dedication. As well as answered any questions and concerns with grace. I could imagine dealing with grieving individuals a hard and trying task as no one wants to bury a loved one. So incredibly grateful that she was there for me in my time of need. Great customer service on her and her teams end. Thank you.“
“When my Uncle passed away unexpectedly, my family was unsure of what to do. John was so kind, caring, and considerate. He was able to help us with all the arrangements and answered any questions that we had. We cannot thank him enough for all that he did.“
“Just want to say, the woman who was working last night (Fri, 8/16/24, 4-8pm service), was amazing! I've been to so many services and I can't think of another where I saw an employee doing SO much to help. From offering bottles of water, to comforting the family, to helping watch kids, etc. She was UNBELIEVABLE - and helped make a very stressful situation just a bit easier. She is the definition of an asset to this company, not sure if she's an owner or an employee but either way, THAT is how it's done! Thank you again!“
“Overton handled my mom’s wake beautifully. You can tell that it’s a family run business that truly cares. Thank you for making a hard time as pleasant as possible for my family.“

“When my grandmother passed away suddenly a few weeks ago, my family was devastated and mildly in shock. Planning a funeral is easily one of the most difficult things a family ever has to deal with, and White’s made the whole process as easy and painless as possible. They helped us and guided us through every step, and ensured that we understood every part of the planning. When you’re grieving you want a funeral home that treats you with dignity and respect and offers comfort and understanding, instead of treating you and your family like just another business transaction. For compassion and kindness, look no further than White’s. My family and I will never be able to thank Nancy, Jayme, Stephen, and the entire staff for enough for all they’ve done for us.“
“The staff here are above and beyond. The business is run with care from the top down. Wonderful people.“
“Kindness and efficiency were greatly appreciated. High quality work. I highly recommend St Charles Monuments.“

“Queen of all saints cemetery in Central islip is perfect. The office staff is very caring and helpful. The day of my husband's burial it was very professional and very comforting to be at this cemetery. I would highly recommend queen of all saints to anyone who will be in need of it.“
“Well run place. Has low maintenance configuration with foot stones flush with the ground and a group family plot headstone. Well maintained.“
“I can't say enough good things about Johnstons' Wellwood Funeral Home and staff members Jessica and Adrian. My older brother was cremated in 2011 and we planned a joint burial with another brother in August 2023. Found out the DAY BEFORE flying into NY that I needed a cremation certificate which we could not locate. Jessica/ Adrian worked hard to locate that and get it to me in time for the burial. What a relief. They really care and I highly recommend their services!“
“Clayton Funeral Home surpassed all expectations during a challenging time for our family. From the moment we walked through their doors, we were treated with unparalleled compassion and care. Eddie, in particular, stood out with his remarkable attention to detail and resourcefulness. He ensured every aspect of our arrangements was meticulously handled, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs.
Stephanie also deserves immense credit for her kindness and support throughout the process. Despite some unforeseen circumstances along the way, the team at Clayton Funeral Home remained steadfastly committed to easing our burden and ensuring everything proceeded smoothly. They treated us not as clients, but as cherished members of their own family.
The level of professionalism and empathy displayed by Eddie, Anna, Stephanie, and the entire staff at Clayton Funeral Home is truly exceptional. They turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into one filled with warmth and understanding. Our deepest gratitude to Clayton Funeral Home for their outstanding service during our time of need.“
