I had an appt @ EG Tax in derby for 3:30 and they kept pushing it back over and over again for one reason or another. I finally got seen at approx 8pm. It took all of 20 minutes to do 2 yrs of taxes of which I only have 1 or two W2's. It's so simple I could've done it but I choose not to, so I trusted a girl named Nicole Mercado, and an older woman who's name I didn't catch.I nearly fainted when they told me I owed almost $300 dollars, that apparently had no fees for filing one year late.I couldn't afford to pay both years worth(on the day of the deadline), so I paid one and was assured I could get a hold of them to file my other year and there would be no penalties,...read full review
