I have been giving WNY Dental one chance after another to improve their service and billing practices. I changed locations to Depew because the front office in Amherst was so bad. Their billing is horrendous. Every time I show up for an appointment, I have a past due bill, even though I ALWAYS pay the full amount due when I leave. I have NEVER had that happen so consistently at any other dental practice I have been to. The final straw happened in June and today (July 2024). In June I had a consultation to see what the treatment would be for a lower cracked molar. I was charged $100 for the CONSULTATION!! They never told me they charge for a consultation. Behind the admin. department, the medical staff is very good. But let me state, this is the absolute worst billing dept. I’ve ever seen! Their records are confusing, don’t match your paymts made, you get bills in the mail with conflicting amounts due and they can’t explain. They threaten to cancel your appointments if you don’t pay 100% of your bill but you can’t get through to anyone on the phone to explain why you still owe when they told you at office you’re all paid up. Very unfriendly people in billing as well. I never was ever treated as well in the dental office as I was in there it was the best place to take your kids or even for yourselves ago they were gentle and never hurt once I enjoyed going to this dentist and I'm going there again in June I'm going to have them make me a set of dentures these people are the best my doctor I'm not sure how to pronounce her name helfur I think that's the way you spell it she was the best doctor I have ever gone to I will always recommend this place for dentures or for their teeth to be pulled or their teeth to be clean whatever they need as far as dental Care the Western New York dental in depew are the best not maybe... read full review
