We had our finished basement flood at 1240pm today. I got the sump back working and pumped out the water then I immediately searched for an independent small business to do remediation. I talked to Kevin, the owner, and he was honest, straightforward and professional. He asked that I send him pictures of the damage so that he could prepare an estimate. I texted him the photos and gave him the name of my insurance adjuster. Kevin took care of the rest and told me they could arrive by 745pm. By 715 Kevin and his son Jake were in my driveway. Superclean was incredibly responsive, stayed in close touch as we tried to work with our insurer, and took care of our flooded basement within the same day. Kevin was a true pleasure to work with, our basement looks and smells great, and we have peace of mind about mold. We'd call them again in a heartbeat if our basement takes on water again!
