Professional Plumbing Resources (Jarrett and Adam) just finished a big project on my duplex. Interior upgrades helped with the funtionalty of the space and brought the plumbing up to code. They removed and updated an old concrete washtub, a sump pump, tied in plumbing from both basements (each with a washtub and sump pump with a block wall between), added a lift pump for the washtub's discharges, and rearranging the layout of pipes to make the spaces more efficent. After 2 other plumbing companies offered their diagnosis, I called PPR and Adam came out to diagnose the problem. I was told by two previous plumbing companies that the sewer trap was plugged and they could not get their snake through. PPR was able to do what two previous plumbers said could not be done. He unclogged the sewer and offered all the facts so I could make an informed decision on how to move forward. The9mm work was performed, completed and billed exactly as I was quoted. Adam went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied and informed.
