I had a hairdresser at another Great Clips in Tonawanda butcher my hair cut and I didn't realize it until later in the day. This Great Clips took me in right away and fixed it free of charge. I can't recommend this place enough.

I have been here two times now. Both have been good experiences. I few months ago I went in and chopped 9/10 inches off my hair and loved it. Yesterday I came in with a botched haircut from another salon and was nervous it wasn’t possible to fix it. The hairstylist took me right away, reassured me, and took her time. She did a wonderful job and I had a great experience. I wish I got her name, hopefully she sees this ! Thank you, I will be going here from now on !Service: Haircut
