This practice came highly recommended multiple times in our local Facebook group, so I decided to give them a try when I needed to quickly find a new eye doctor after changing insurance. From the first phone call, I was impressed—the front desk answered the phone by stating their name, which I find incredibly helpful and personal. Rose was especially wonderful and took the time to verify that my insurance was accepted and quickly to set up my appointment. My contact lens eye exam was very prompt and efficient....took about 30 mins. I did get a script for glasses to have just in case. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this practice!
Was very overdue for an eye exam. Receptionist couldn’t have been nicer. I believe her name was Carol. She put me at ease, explained what the exam would be like and was very knowledgeable about the insurance policy.
I have since recommended this doctor ‘s office to many of my friends!
Should have come here sooner! I got right in and loved the staff from the receptionist to the doctor. I appreciated the fact that they value my time and got me right in and out Will definitely be back!
